Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by email, providing the order number and details of the products to be returned.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic, beauty, personal care, and fragrance products that have been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery.
The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
If the Customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, the Seller will replace the product, offer a refund, or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, the direct cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.
